Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refund requests for visible4ai, operated by Siempi AG, Rotkreuz, Switzerland. By subscribing to a paid plan (PRO or Enterprise), you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier when the paid period ends.
  • Your data and content will be preserved and accessible on the Free tier (subject to Free tier limits).

3. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your visible4ai account.
  2. Go to Account → Billing.
  3. Click "Manage subscription" to open the billing portal.
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel.

You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exception for digital content: During the subscription process, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate access to the service and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been accessed or an analysis has been run. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not accessed the service or run any analysis within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting info@siempi.ch.

5. Refund Policy

General policy: Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to GEO analysis features upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid.

No refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused analyses or credits
  • Subscription downgrades
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Changes in your business needs or circumstances

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same period.
  • Technical issues: A significant technical problem on our end prevented access for an extended period.
  • Billing errors: An error in the amount charged.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@siempi.ch with details of your situation.

7. Account Termination

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period, access will be revoked immediately, and we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If prices change:

  • We will provide at least 30 days notice before new prices take effect.
  • Existing subscribers will be notified via email.
  • You may cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect.
  • If you do not cancel before the new prices take effect, the new pricing will apply from your next billing cycle.

9. Subscription Plans

Monthly plans (PRO and Enterprise) are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for remaining days.

Annual plans (PRO and Enterprise) are billed yearly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. No partial refunds for remaining months. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

10. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Swiss law. For disputes, the courts at the registered seat of Siempi AG (Risch, Canton of Zug) shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
