visible4ai ("Service") is a product of Siempi AG, Birkenstrasse 47, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland (CHE-369.093.556). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
visible4ai provides tools to analyze websites for AI visibility (e.g. GEO score, citation checks with LLM providers), to generate AI Discovery Files, and to download audit PDFs. Features and limits may vary by plan (Free, PRO, Enterprise). We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that analysis results or scores are complete or error-free.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or abused the Service.
Paid plans (PRO and Enterprise) are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing cycle. Fees are charged in advance. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel before the next billing date. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.
Refunds, cancellations, and the EU/EEA right of withdrawal are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email. You may cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect. If you do not cancel before the new prices take effect, the new pricing will apply from your next billing cycle.
The Service, including its design, text, code, and branding, is owned by Siempi AG or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own use in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
Content you generate (e.g. AI Discovery Files) is yours; you grant us only the rights necessary to provide the Service (e.g. storing and serving it).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that analysis results are accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Siempi AG and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred Swiss francs (CHF 100) if greater).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or account for breach of these Terms, abuse, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
Processing of your personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of Siempi AG (Risch, Canton of Zug), unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Siempi AG regarding the Service.
